Position Responsibilities:

  • Working with lab director and company sales management to design, develop, test and introduce new and innovative coating solutions.

  • Successful development of new wall and floor products for application in industrial, architectural, universities and private biological research laboratories.?

  • Maintaining existing products and offering guidance to quality control on product formulation issues.

  • Acquiring and using skills with in-house formulation and manufacturing software system.

  • Assisting in development of new product SDS?s.

  • Position reports to Lab Director.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of five to eight years? formulating experience with epoxy, vinyl ester and urethane systems.

  • Substantial experience in color matching.

  • Familiarity with X-Rite color spectrophotometer system a plus.

  • Familiarity with Batch Master Software a plus.

  • High degree of intuitive ability to formulate unique systems.

  • Excellent record keeping skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong familiarity with spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software programs.


  • Four (4) year university degree (BS) in chemistry or chemical engineering

  • Or extensive product formulation experience with 2-component thermoset coating systems coupled with the understanding of chemical terms and materials used in those systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
