Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician supports and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and strives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in all areas of responsibility. Plans procedures for the layout, construction, installation and maintenance of all production and office machines/equipment
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read manufacturing equipment drawings and electrical and plumbing schematics.
Previous experience with hand tools and precision instruments.
General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.
Strong knowledge and ability to use hand tools and welding tools, as well as troubleshoot electrical systems.
Flexibility of work schedule.
Working knowledge of general computer programs.
PLC, MP2, 5S skills.
Familiarity of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics concepts.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
