Job Requirements
o Implement and adapt ISO system to meet company needs and expectations.
o Provide a leadership role in implementing and enforcing quality initiatives and systems.
o Effectively train personnel in the use of measurement tools and the completion of documents.
o Application of Six Sigma methodology and problem solving.
o Customer and supplier support for quality related issues.
o Involvement in non-conforming material process.
o Creation of inspection reports and quality planning.
o Reporting and analysis of quality metrics.
o Participation in quality audits.
o Participation in the corrective action system.
o Comply with all safety procedures.
o Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the company.
o Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
o Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
o Advanced understanding of mathematics including geometry and trigonometry.
o Computer experience using Microsoft Office programs.
o Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects, and tasks.
o 3 years minimum working experience in a quality engineering role.
o Reading and interpretation of complex blueprints and technical specifications.
o CMM and Faro Arm programming and operation.
o Internal and External quality auditing.
o Quality experience with machined components and assembly.
o Minimum of a 2 year business/technical/engineering/quality degree, 4 year degree is preferred.
o ASQ or other quality related certification is preferred.
Physical and Technical Environment:
o Must lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, using proper lifting techniques or other available resources such as lifting or moving equipment or help from another employee.
o Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
o Regularly required to walk or stand.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
