Quality Technician/Inspector - 2nd Shift

Job Requirements
o Properly use inspection gages such as micrometers, height stand, and indicators.
o Ability to proficiently use CMM.
o Understanding of CNC machining, fixturing, and tooling.
o Ability and willingness to train/assist less experienced employees.
o Completion of inspection records.
o Comply with all safety procedures in each area assigned.
o Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the Company.
o Maintain quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
o Maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
o Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
o Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Experience:
o 3 years minimum working experience in a quality inspection role.
o Advanced understanding of mathematics including geometry and trigonometry.
o Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
o Able to work with close tolerance specifications.
o Ability to handle non-routine, standard projects and tasks.
Preferred
Experience:
o CMM and Faro Arm programming and operation.
o Quality experience with machined components and assembly.
o Experience working in a manufacturing environment with ISO standards.
Physical and Technical Environment:
o Must lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, using proper lifting techniques or other available resources such as lifting or moving equipment or help from another employee.
o Must be able to be on feet all day.
o Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
o Regularly required to walk or stand, bend or twist, reach with hands or arms.
o Exposure to noise, dust, heat and cold on a regular basis. Exposure to machine and tool hazards requiring care and attention to safety rules and standards.
o Must respond to changing requirements and working conditions.
Required Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent. Able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
