Continuous Improvement Manger

Job Purpose:
The position of Continuous Improvement Manger is to utilize lean manufacturing techniques and tools to implement change and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization and meet the overall company strategic goals and objectives.

Duties:
Lead continuous improvement activities throughout the organization, with a focus on manufacturing and operations.
Initiate, implement, and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste and improve overall company performance.
Deliver practical hands-on training to employees on lean manufacturing techniques and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Provide high level of technical and operational recommendations to meet productivity, material control, product quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Measure and report KPI's to monitor plant performance and communicate to all employees.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
BS in Engineering and five years of experience in operational environments including: Quality, Manufacturing, Planning/Scheduling, or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Black Belt preferred, but not required
Working knowledge and experience implementing lean manufacturing techniques, including Visual Workplace, 5 S, 7 Wastes, Kanbans, Poke Yoke, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping,
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems in a methodical and logical progression
Experience working in a cross-functional matrix and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability throughout the organization
Hands-on philosophy in project management and ability to motivate employees
Ability to work and communicate written and verbally with all levels and functional areas within an organization to drive resultsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
