Responsibilities:
Require ability to use mills, lathes, grinders, and other metal working equipment.
Precision machining, die maintenance, die and manufacturing equipment trouble shooting.
Responsible for set-up, operating, repairing, and maintaining dies and various machines and equipment.
Using a maintenance software, spare parts data base, data entry and computer use.
Assist Maintenance Department as required.
Skills and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 3
years of die repair experience Must be physically able to bend, crawl over, under and around the machinery as needed and be able to lift 50 pounds.
Good work record and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in team environment.
Self directed.
Customer focused mindset and promotes continuous improvement.
Experience in a high volume fast paced environment Report to Maintenance Manager.

At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails.
