In this position, you will perform receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties.
This position requires the ability to multitask while being professional and courteous.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department Answering routine telephone inquiries Enter meeting minutes into Procore Print, scan, and update design schedules in Word or Excel Schedule appointments Sort and deliver mail Prepare FedEx packages and other outgoing mail Maintain and order necessary office supplies Work independently in a professional atmosphere Keep immediate supervisor informed of all situations of significance so prompt action can be taken Maintain a positive attitude and support team productivity Other duties as assigned 7:
