Job Overview:
The Machinist is responsible for machining various parts to specifications using part drawing and direction from the senior tech personnel. Some other duties of this job include, but are not limited to, building, sharpening, and repairing metal stamping dies.
Job Duties:
Fabricate and machine components in a variety of materials, from drawings /blueprints
Set-up and operate all machine tools in a tool room environment including but not limited to, conventional mills, lathes, drill presses, saws and grinders
Help out in other areas of shop when needed
Qualifications:
Trade school experience is preferred (Machining, Fabrication, etc)

years of Machining experience in a metal manufacturing setting
Set up and operate CNC mill & lathes a plus
Capable of using standard tools and measurement devices such as micrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges and calipers
Organized self-starter
Must be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Basic computer skills - able to read and render Auto Cad/Solidworks- preferred

Currently, we have four pail plants located strategically throughout the United States to support our customers. At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails.
