The Project Manager Coordinator / PM Assistant / Procore Administrator provides various administrative support functions for assigned job sites.
This position is responsible for assisting Geis Construction team with all the administrative functions of procore.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities Upload/Update Budgets into Procore Support procore functions of all Project Managers and Superintendents Setup new Vendors into Procore (Construction Management Software) Setup new Procore Projects Manage directory permission levels Interface with the Geis Procore account representative Run admin level Procore reports for upper management Support procore functions of all Project Managers and Superintendents, including but not limited to:
Assisting Project Managers with Weekly owner reports with Pro-Core project management RFI assistance for Project Managers and Superintendents Submittal training for new employees Send out Monthly Procore Billing Invites Assist subcontractors who require assistance submitting via procore for the first time Change management with Pro-Core project management software.
Assist in writing commitments for project managers Train new project managers/superintendents on the procore system Upload Project specifications from the GLSD Architects Meets deadlines both internally and externally.
Closeout Process as Procore/Projects Complete - o Assemble Dashboard o Request, Gather closeout docs from subcontractors o Assist with owner training o Warranty troubleshooting Maintains positive relationships both publicly and professionally.
Presents professional behavior and appearance.
Skills & Requirements Previous experience with Procore preferred but not required.
Understands cost codes / Concepts of Budget Coding Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Will be required to be in the office 100% of the time.
Not a remote position.
Open to discuss part time hours, but ideal candidate if full time.
Ability to multitask.
Detail oriented and flexible Proficient with Microsoft office suite Ability to maintain focus and concentration in a busy and noisy (open office) environment Demonstrates respect for coworkers, subcontractors, and customers Incidental travel to jobsites or other Geis offices on an as-needed basis.
