- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Process payments and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel operations - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Multilingual skills are a plus At our hotel, we value our Front Desk Agents as they are the first point of contact for our guests.
