Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety guidelines is beneficial - Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations to customers - Experience in a fast-paced food service environment is desirable - Proficiency in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a high-volume setting - Comfortable operating a cash register and handling cash transactions This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, gain valuable customer service skills, and develop culinary knowledge.
