Job
Summary:
Provide quality dental treatment to Care Alliance patients.
Oversee clinical areas of operations, and represent CAHC in the community by participating in CAHC sponsored outreach events.
Task
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
o Participates as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
o Perform exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient's health.
o Meet with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
o Provide required dental care as needed.
o Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.
o Measuring and fitting dental appliances o Referring patients to a specialist if needed o Responsible for dental records to review events and determine interventions and solutions.
Minimum Education and
Experience:
Required:
o Graduate of an accredited school of dental and Current State of Ohio Dental License o Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population base.
o Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare provider status.
o Strong clinical background.
o Expertise in denture fabrication, extractions, complex restorative and patient management.
o Excellent oral and written communications' skills o Excellent interpersonal skills o Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
