The goal of this bonus is to lock in and keep a long-term quality workforce to meet production goals and continue to grow our company.
The STAY BONUS will be paid in two $500 increments for a total of $1,000 (1st payment after 60 days and 2nd after 120 days of employment).
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday (Onsite) 1st Shift:

00am to 3:
30pm ($17/hr) Occasional Saturday overtime - with advance notice
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble entire window or components Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Conduct quality inspections on products and parts Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Through the glass from day 1:
Weekly pay $95 boot allowance (yearly) (3) Sick days - eligible upon hire Vacation Time - Earned Monthly Paid (8) Federal Holidays and (2) Floating Holidays As well as:
