We need the best support team to help out our customers.
Primarily your job will be delivering world class customer service on the phone and processing orders, but you'll also get to do exciting things like troubleshoot fitment/installation problems and communicate lead times between production and customers! Oh and if you love American muscle cars and/or off-road vehicles, then this is gonna be a home run for you! But if approach angles and displacement are foreign terms for you, that's ok because we can teach you! What You'll Do:
Answer phones and direct calls Help customers with order status, questions, and returns.
Input and check orders for completeness, errors, and ship dates/methods Process payments What Skills You Need:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
