We need the best support team to help out our customers.
Primarily your job will be delivering world class customer service on the phone and processing orders, but you'll also get to do exciting things like troubleshoot fitment/installation problems and communicate lead times between production and customers! Oh and if you love American muscle cars and/or off-road vehicles, then this is gonna be a home run for you! But if approach angles and displacement are foreign terms for you, that's ok because we can teach you! What You'll Do:
Answer phones and direct calls Help customers with order status, questions, and returns.
Input and check orders for completeness, errors, and ship dates/methods Process payments What Skills You Need:
Excellent communication skills Friendly and patient on the phone Ability to Multitask Attention to Detail Able to process orders and send emails efficiently So if you've got great computer skills, a very friendly voice, and know how to make customers love you, then apply today! Job Type:
